800H合金具有以下特性:
1.在高达500℃的极高温的水性介质中具有出色的抗腐蚀性
2.很好的抗应力腐蚀的性能
3.很好的加工性
Incoloy 800H 的金相结构:
800H为面心立方晶格结构。极低的碳含量和提高了的Ti:C 比率增加了结构的稳定性和最大的抗敏化性以及抗晶间腐蚀性。950℃左右的低温退火保证了细晶结构。
Incoloy 800H 的耐腐蚀性:
800H能耐很多腐蚀介质腐蚀。其较高的镍含量使其在水性腐蚀条件具有很好的抗应力腐蚀开裂性能。高铬含量使之具有更好的耐点腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀开裂性能。该合金具有很好的耐硝酸、有机酸腐蚀性,但是在硫酸和盐酸中的耐腐蚀性有限。除了在卤化物有可能发生点腐蚀外,在氧化性和非氧化性盐中有很好的耐腐蚀性。在水、蒸气以及蒸汽、空气、二氧化碳的混合物中也具有很好的耐腐蚀性。
Incoloy 800H 应用范围应用领域有:
1.硝酸冷凝器——耐硝酸腐蚀
2.蒸汽加热管——很好的机械性能
3.加热元件管——很好的机械性能
对于应用于高达500℃的环境,合金供货态为退火态。

Incoloy 825 的耐腐蚀性:
825合金是一种通用的工程合金,在氧化和还原环境下都具有抗酸和碱金属腐蚀性能高镍成份使合金具有有效的抗应力腐蚀开裂性。在各种介质中的耐腐蚀性都很好,如硫酸、磷酸、硝酸和有机酸,碱金属如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾和盐酸溶液。825合金较高的综合性能表现在腐蚀介质多样的核燃烧溶解器中,如硫酸、硝酸和氢氧化钠都在同一个设备中处理。

Metallurgical structure
926 is face-centered cubic lattice structure.
Corrosion resistance
926 is an austenitic stainless steel alloy has a similar chemical composition with 904L alloy, its nitrogen content is 0.2%, molybdenum content is 6.5%. Molybdenum and nitrogen content significantly increased the resistance of pitting and crevice corrosion in the halide media.Meantime, nickel and nitrogen not only ensures the stability of metallographical, but also reduce separating intergranular trend in the thermal process or welding process better than the nitrogen content of nickel alloy. 926 has particular corrosion resistance in the chloride ions medium due to the excellent local corrosion resistance and 25% nickel alloy content.A variety of experiments in the 10000-70000ppm of Chloride concentration, PH 5-6, 50-68℃ operating temperature of the slurry of limestone FGD system show that, after a 1-2 year trial period, 926 alloy without pitting and crevice corrosion.926 in other chemical media also has good corrosion resistance in the high temperature and high concentration of media, including sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, acid gas, sea water, salt and organic acids.926 is the material that choosed for BAM directory Chapter 6 of "dangerous goods storage and transportation containers norms" by Berlin, Germany's national Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) .
